Friends of Tomoka Basin State Parks
The Official Citizen Support Organization for the Tomoka Basin State Parks
Take a step back in time and learn about the events that culminated in the destruction of one of the largest plantations in East Florida during the Second Seminole War. The program will include a half-mil round-trip hike to view the ruins. Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent and wear sturdy shows, as the trail includes uneven terrain.
Program is free with park entry of $4 per vehicle. Purchase a single-use day pass online prior to your arrival or use the honor bob onsite to pay entrance fees. Cash and check only; exact change is required.
